After his release from prison, small-time drug dealer Taro (Hugo Speer) wastes no time teaming up again with his old partners and setting up a deal with notorious crime boss Mr. Fletcher (Nelson E. Ward) in this crime thriller. But when the deal goes bad, one of Taro's men is killed.
