The Kurosu clan has made a huge profit through stock trading thanks to the skills of Hakuryu. The Kurosu clan leader, Kosuke Kurosu, receives an invitation from Namihiko Unno, a member of the House of Representatives, to a party for the purpose of raising political funds. At first, Kurosu is reluctant to attend the party, but finally does so at the urging of Hakuryu and others.
